PlanSync 360

The system of record for each plan you advise. You keep plan data, documents, contacts, and your service schedule on one record per plan, and AI reads the documents and drafts the meeting minutes and follow-up emails that used to eat your week.

How it works

Upload the documents. PlanSync fills in the plan design.

AI reads each document and pulls out each field with a citation to the exact page. PlanSync cross-checks the values against Form 5500, applies confirmed ones to your dashboards, and flags anything uncertain or conflicting for you.

Plan data with the source attached

Plan design, providers, contacts, documents, and meeting records sit together on each client's record, so you stop hunting through email threads, file shares, and old spreadsheets. Each extracted value keeps its source citation.

  • Plan design grouped the way you review it: Eligibility, Enrollment, Contributions, Matching, Vesting, Loans & Distributions, and Investments
  • Override any extracted value; the citation stays attached
  • PlanSync classifies documents on upload into a searchable file library

Running your service model

Set the Service Schedule for each plan, then work the requirements from one firm-wide inbox. Your team sees the same due dates and owners.

  • Overdue items flagged in the inbox
  • Create requirements from presets and bulk-apply them across plan groups
  • Accept requirements AI suggests from a meeting transcript
  • Assign each requirement to an advisor on your team

AI in your weekly workflow

PlanSync 360 uses AI to extract plan design from documents, draft minutes from an imported transcript, write the follow-up email, and suggest the requirements that came out of the meeting. You can ask the PlanSync AI Assistant about any plan, document, or past meeting.

  • Ask the PlanSync AI Assistant across transcripts: "what action items came out of last quarter's committee?"
  • PlanSync cross-checks each extracted fact against the plan's Form 5500 and flags anything uncertain or conflicting on the plan. You settle the flags.
  • The audit log records each change with its source citation
One source of truth

Your whole team works from one plan record.

The calls you log, the service you deliver, and the requirements you clear go on the plan record next to the AI-cited data. PlanSync logs and attributes each change, and each person on your team sees the record at the access level their role allows.

FAQ

How does this fit alongside my recordkeeper portal?

PlanSync is the advisor's source of truth. Plan data comes from your plan documents and Form 5500 filings and sits next to the meeting minutes, touchpoints, and requirements your recordkeeper does not track.

What if a plan-design field extracts incorrectly?

PlanSync flags values that are uncertain or conflict with the plan's Form 5500. Click any field to override it. The source citation stays attached, so you keep the audit trail.

Can I export reports for committee meetings?

Yes. Build materials in PlanSync's report editor and export them as PDF, PowerPoint, or Word files. Quarterly and annual report packages are coming soon.

How do requirements get into the inbox?

Create them from presets, bulk-apply them across a plan group, accept the ones AI suggests from a meeting transcript, or add one-off requirements by hand. You assign each requirement to an advisor on your team.

Does this replace my CRM?

It replaces the parts of your CRM that were not built for retirement plan work: plan stewardship, meeting records, and service delivery. Keep a general-purpose CRM for personal contacts if you use one.
